We are Dokkaebier, a new Asian-inspired, innovative craft beer launched in February 2020.

We take our name from dokkaebi (도깨비), the mysterious and playful, shape-shifting creatures found throughout Korean folklore (and our branding). As a lover of good times and good company, our dokkaebis have come with a mission to experiment with beers, all while bringing the rich flavors of not only Asia, but multiple cultures into craft brews.

Our experimental brews (white labels) are one-of-a-kind, limited batch beers for the adventurous drinker and our core brews are customer favorites that are available year-round. Although the name feels foreign now, we want Dokkaebier to become like a familiar old friend synonymous to delicious and delightful experiences.

Ready to be pleasantly surprised by this full-flavored, double dry-hopped DIPA with a super-smooth taste.

Through carefully selected hops that add a burst of fruitiness, this new wave DIPA has just enough flaked grains to level out the mouthfeel, but not so much that you don't know you're drinking a double.

Kimchi Sour with
Gochugaru & Ginger

6.0% Alc/Vol.

Kimchi is a staple of Korean cuisine and it was only a matter of time before we found a way to incorporate it.

With each swig, your palate will be taken on a journey from the refreshingly tart beginnings of ginger to the boldly aromatic and spicy finish of gochugaru (Korean sun dried chili peppers). Not to mention, we also used our head brewer's own personal kimchi culture.

This kettle sour really is an experience in a can!

Cardamom & Peppercorn

Like the complexity of a well-roasted single-origin coffee, this stout brings it all. Spiciness from the peppercorn, citrus and herbal notes from the cardamom, the roastiness you expect in a stout, and softness and palatability that only milk sugar can bring.

A new take on an underrepresented style, it drinks almost like a chai latte (without the caffeine)!
