Why can’t I choose “local delivery” when I live within the delivery range?

The system will automatically select “shipping” as the fulfillment method if your order is below the $40 minimum order. Once you add more items to the cart, the system will automatically give you an option to choose “local delivery”.


What do I need to bring to receive my order?

Your valid photo ID, such as passport or driver’s license, is required to accept delivery of your beer-to-go order. You must be 21 years of age to receive a delivery order.


What if someone other than me will be receiving the delivery?

If you’re purchasing beer for someone else, or if another member of your household will be accepting the delivery on your behalf, please provide their name and telephone number in the “Order Notes” section of the check-out page. Please make sure that whoever is accepting the delivery is prepared with their ID and is 21+ years of age.


What if I’m not home, or someone over 21 years old is not present at the time of delivery?

We cannot deliver your beer without someone of legal drinking age present by law. If we cannot deliver your beer for any reason, we will attempt to deliver on the following scheduled delivery date of your area. If you would like to cancel your order after the initial delivery attempt, please email us at dkb@enjoydkb.com with your order number. You will be refunded minus a $20 surcharge and the tip if applicable. 


What precautions are your drivers and delivery people taking to limit contact?

Our Dokkaebier team member is delivering the “local delivery”. They are equipped with hand sanitizers, gloves, and masks to make sure our beer gets to you as safely as possible. How can I make an edit to an order that’s already been placed?

Please send us an email to dkb@enjoydkb.com. If it is past the order deadline, we may not be able to edit your order. 


I live in the Bay Area. How come my zip code is not included?

We might have missed your zipcode by an accident. Please email us at dkb@enjoydkb.com and let us know your zip code.

What is the return policy?

Dokkaebier is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, please email us at dkb@enjoydkb.com with the order number. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if the package was undeliverable due to incorrect information supplied on your behalf during the check-out process or adhering to shipping terms of adult signature required. On the rare occasion members receive the wrong product, a discount is offered, or the shipment can be returned at no-charge to the customer. 

As with any food product, taste is personal and an exchange cannot be made on the basis of taste.
