Dokkaebier Billing Terms and Conditions
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Any delivery charges are additional and will be notified to you before you place your order. Dokkaebier reserves the right to change the prices of the products in the Website at any time without prior notice to the Users.
Payment for goods and services must be made by credit card, debit card, electronic wallet or gift card issued by Dokkaebier prior to the provision of goods or services, during checkout. The user shall provide the necessary billing information including without limitation, the credit card number, the expiration date of credit card, billing address, and shipping information in order for the purchase to be processed. The User shall allow Dokkaebier’s duly authorized third-party payment processing provider to receive and process said billing information for the limited purpose of processing the payment. Dokkaebier and/or its third-party payment processing provider reserve the right to refuse processing an order in case of failure to obtain authorization for payment or when reasonable grounds or suspicion exist to indicate that the transaction is fraudulent.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship twice a week on Monday and Thursday. If your order was placed before 12pm of each shipping day, the order will be fulfilled on the same day. If the order was placed after the cutoff time, it will be fulfilled on the following shipping day.Please be advised that during Holidays or special events like Beer Festivals, there might be delays in fulfilling orders. If there is a Federal Holiday on Monday, orders will be fulfilled on Tuesday.You can check on the status of your package by entering the tracking number into the GLS website (https://www.gls-us.com/tracking) or you may also call GLS at (1-800-322-5555) to speak directly to their support team.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it didn’t work as expected, we’ll do our best to make it right. If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to know.
You have up to 30 days after purchase to exchange or return, but we must be notified within 14 days of the order being delivered that you wish to return the order.
Item must be returned in the original packaging and in good condition, packed as tightly and securely as possible along with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase highlighting the return items and please write the reason for returning and the quantity.
If your order is damaged upon arrival, take a picture of the damaged product(s) and send it to us at email@example.com or the chat widget on our website. We will review the issue and make it right.
