Refund policy
Beer
Beer, like any perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), is not eligible for a return.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on beer once an order has been shipped.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or rerouted. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If your order is returned due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address, or
- No one 21+ available to receive the delivery (required for alcohol),
your order is not eligible for a refund.
You may request a reshipment for a courier-assessed fee, which is typically higher than Dokkaebier’s standard $15 flat rate and depends on your delivery location.
Merchandise
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hi@enjoydkb.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you received any damaged products, please refer to the order confirmation email and reach out to the carrier for support.
- If you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at hi@enjoydkb.com, and we will send over the correct product at no extra charge.
Exchanges
Currently, only merchandise is eligible for an exchange.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need in this case is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All equal-value exchanges will be processed at no expense to the customer.
