Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering our craft beer within the United States, and we make sure to comply with all applicable state laws regarding alcohol delivery. Please read below for details on our shipping methods and policies.

Beer Shipping & Delivery

We offer several convenient options for purchasing and receiving our craft beer. Please note that we only ship beer to customers

US Shipping

  • Shipping Area: We offer nationwide shipping across the US, except for the following states: AK, AL, AR, DE, GU, HI, MS, ND, SD, UT.
  • Processing Time: We work with a third-party logistics partner, Good Times Oakland, who handles all order fulfillment. Orders are processed and shipped according to their operational schedule. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

Alcohol Shipping

  • If no one over the age of 21 is there, the carrier will return the package to us.

Merchandise Shipping

For non-alcoholic items such as our merchandise, and delivered via UPS or USPS.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for merchandise vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Processing Time: We ship orders on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
  • Some of our merchandise is fulfilled through Printful, a third-party on-demand printing and fulfillment service. Please note that these items are made to order, which may affect processing and delivery times.

Receiving your order

  • For alcohol products, proof that the recipient is 21 years of age or older (a valid photo ID, such as passport or driver’s license) is required to accept delivery.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via UPS.
  • If you have any inquiries about your order after it has been shipped, please refer to the order confirmation email and reach out to the carrier for support. Unfortunately, once an order has already been dispatched, we can no longer change its address.

Refund & Reshipment Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on beer once an order has been shipped.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or rerouted. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If your order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address, or
  • No one 21+ available to receive the delivery (required for alcohol),

your order is not eligible for a refund.

You may request a reshipment for a courier-assessed fee, which is typically higher than Dokkaebier’s standard $15 flat rate and depends on your delivery location.
