What's Inside?
Yuza Blonde Ale
This drinkable blonde ale was brewed with one of the popular fruit flavors of Asia—Yuza (the Korean name for Yuzu), which gives our beer a crisp citrus aroma and flavor with a light and lingering taste that feels refreshing, sweet and bracing.
Rice Kolsch
A malty, traditional Kolsch with a slightly sweet flavor and a bright citrus character. Rice adds a nutty and light toasted taste, which becomes very prominent in the back and creates a soft mouthfeel for a pleasant, balanced experience.
K-Beer
This light, crisp brew is a testament to simplicity and superb taste. With a notable malty character and subtle wheaty undertones, K-Beer offers an effortlessly enjoyable drinking experience.
Kimchi Sour
With each swig, your palate will be taken on a journey from the refreshingly tart beginnings of ginger to the boldly aromatic and spicy finish of gochugaru (Korean sun-dried chili peppers). Not to mention, we also used our head brewer's own personal kimchi culture.
Milk Stout
Spiciness from the peppercorn, citrus and herbal notes from the cardamom, the roastiness you expect in a stout, and softness and palatability that only lactose can bring in a milk stout. A new take on an underrepresented style, it drinks almost like a chai latte (without the caffeine!)
Dokkaebi IPA
We've fostered the good energy of dokkaebi into this very special IPA, sister to our Dokkaebi DIPA. It's got an enormous amount of fragrant, exotic aroma. But, the full body and rounded mouth-feel balances out these explosive flavors.
Lemongrass Witbier
Inspired by the cloudy, wheat-heavy beers first brewed in the Netherlands, our witbier incorporates lemongrass and 2 kinds of peppercorns to impart spicy, floral notes to its bready base.
Calamansi & Tea Lager
We combined one of the greatest fruits the Philippines have to offer — calamansi — and a crowd favorite in every boba shop: jasmine tea. The flavor on the front end explodes with lemony-citrus goodness with a Jasmine tea undertone but fades slightly towards the back so that the malty backbone of this brew can truly shine.
Hazy Seoul
Dokkaebier's Hazy IPA brings a refreshing burst of tropical and citrus flavors, crafted with premium Citra hops. This juicy beer features notes of orange, pineapple, and a balanced hop bitterness, with a smooth malt finish. Perfect for IPA lovers seeking a fruit-forward and hazy drinking experience.
