Why We Made It?

At Dokkaebier, we’re constantly exploring new ways to blend traditional Asian flavors with modern craft brewing. Yuza Blonde Ale was first introduced as Batch 24 in our experimental series, where we experimented with using yuza to create a citrus-forward blonde ale. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with drinkers loving its bright, zesty character, so we knew it had to become a core beer in our lineup.
