Batch 32 brought turmeric and pineapple into our 1.5X IPA. It was canned in November 2022 at 6.6% ABV.
Silky pineapple aroma led into earthy turmeric-root tones and hoppy grapefruit flavors. It was the kind of combination that sounded more like a health shot than a beer until the three parts found their balance.
