Batch 15 put yuzu and bay leaf into a 6.5% ABV witbier. Its golden pour carried aromas of orange peel, lemon balm, and alpine spruce.
Orange, peach, and bergamot led the palate before giving way to mellow citrus and spearmint. A restrained bitter, pine-resin note kept the fruit from taking over.
