Bamboo Pilsner brought together a clean, crisp European-style lager, bamboo tea, and American noble hops. Batch 3 was canned in March 2023 at 4.9% ABV.
The bamboo tea carried almond and honey sweetness, while the hops supplied a firm counterpoint. The master record called it both crushable and complex, which is still the cleanest description of what we were chasing.
