Galangal & Lime Witbier used Sterling hops, galangal, and lime over a grain bill of two-row, wheat, barley, Munich malt, Special W, and oats. Original batch 11 was canned in December 2021 at 6.0% ABV.
Galangal brought fruity and floral esters up front, balanced by lime citrus. The result was full-bodied but clean on the finish: earthy, herbal, and refreshing.
