Originally brewed as Batch 17 during our experimental phase, this beer quickly became a fan favorite for its daring flavor profile, which led us to make it a core offering at Dokkaebier.

Gochugaru (Korean Sun-Dried Chili Peppers) - A staple in Korean cooking, gochugaru is known for its fruity, smoky flavor with moderate heat.
