Why We Made It?

At Dokkaebier, we continuously aim to innovate and explore bold flavors. Our Milk Stout emerged from our desire to introduce cardamom and peppercorn into the stout style, creating a unique drinking experience. The addition of lactose results in a beer that is not only rich in flavor but also soft on the palate.
