Batch 16 was a dark amber porter built around fresh plum. At 8.8% ABV, it was one of the bigger early experiments.
The retained tasting note found grape and blackberry around the plum, with a subtle apricot tartness. It opened sweet, picked up a dash of sourness, and then faded gently from the palate.
